New subscriber letters are mailed within 2 business days. All renewal letters are mailed within one week of each monthly payment. Letters are sent via USPS First-Class Mail using a standard postage stamp.

If your letter has not arrived within 3 weeks of receiving the confirmation email, please email me, orders@childofthekingletters.com.
When you sign up for an annual subscription, each letter will be mailed out during the first week of each month.
When you sign up for a monthly subscription, you'll be charged immediately for the first letter. All subscriber renewals occur on the 3rd of each month.
Your monthly payments are aligned to the 3rd for consistency. If you subscribe between the 16th and the last day of the month, your second charge will be delayed to the 3rd of the following month. This prevents duplicate charges and ensures your child has enough time to receive and enjoy their first letter before the next cycle begins.
• Sign up on August 18 → charged immediately → first letter mailed within 2 business days.
• Second payment delayed to October 3rd (skipping September), securing October's themed letter.
• From then on, you'll be billed on the 3rd of each month.
