With each monthly subscription, your child will receive one letter in the mail each month. Monthly subscriptions are auto-renewing unless you cancel. Your payment information is securely stored, and you'll be charged monthly.
Annual plans do not renew, but will still deliver one letter per month for 12 months. The first letter will be sent out immediately upon purchase for that month, and all other letters will be sent out the first week of each month thereafter. Your child will also receive a birthday card (Both Annual Plans) and a Christmas card (Penpal Club Annual Plan).
Annual Plans are pre-paid for the year and are not eligible for refunds. To change to a different recipient, please email me from the account you used to purchase and we can update the name/address for future letters.
Monthly subscriptions will auto-renew on the 3rd of each month. To cancel, please email me by the 25th of the month prior. If you cancel after your monthly payment has already gone through, your next letter will still be shipped, but you won’t be charged again going forward. You may also opt to cancel your monthly subscription and change to an annual subscription if desired.
